Pre-Order
All items are produced on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated.
All items are pre-orders. Please allow 2–6 weeks for processing before shipment.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the production timeline before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
3vil is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier.
